About Me

I am a nineteen-year-old college freshman from Miami, Florida, and I have been making photographs since early high school. My work focuses on documenting West Coconut Grove, the neighborhood I grew up in, through the visual grammar of a place caught mid-erasure. I move between street photography of the area's vernacular architecture and staged portraiture, treating the bungalows, the overgrowth, the covered cars, and the bodies that move through these spaces as a single continuous subject.
